Colorado Center for Hospice and Palliative Care [visit web site] Colorado Center for Hospice & Palliative Care is the result of a merger between Colorado Hospice Organization (founded May 1980) and Colorado Palliative Care Partnership (founded April 2004), effective January 1, 2008. We work to increase access to palliative and hospice services and promote quality standards of care for all Coloradans. The Center accepts all vehicle donations - including cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV's, boats, vans, trailers, snowmobiles, etc. - in any condition, 7 days/week.
