The Community Child Care Coordinating Council (4C's) of Alameda County is a private non-profit agency that has been providing services to families, children and child care professionals since 1972. 4C's offers a variety of programs and services throughout Alameda County.
4C's provides child care Resource and Referral services in the cities of Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union City. All parents, regardless of income, receive free child care referrals and information about choosing child care. Child care providers receive technical assistance, resources and training. Our agency also collects data on child care demand and capacity to help in planning for local child care needs.
4C's of Alameda County now has a Vehicle Donation Program in effect. Do you have a car, truck, van, motorcycle, RV, boat, jetski or real estate that you would like to donate to a worthy cause?
The Vehicle Donation Program Center, Inc., will arrange to have someone pick up your donation free, all of the necessary paperwork will be taken care of and you will receive a receipt for the fair market value. If you itemize, you may be ahead with a tax deduction and helping children and families. Another thing is, you can even donate a vehicle that is not running, with some restrictions.
