They have caregivers, support groups, online courses, health care professional training, family education, and many other things. They cover Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, northern Nevada, and many other parts of California.
We welcome your new, old, running, stationary vehicle or motor home. Your tax deductible gift will help fight Alzheimer's disease. Free towing is available.

The mission of the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan is to prevent kidney disease and improve the quality of life for those living with it.
Your used car can provide much-needed funds for programs, education and research to help people with chronic kidney disease. Both running and non-running vehicles are accepted, but cars must contain all of their parts. Titles are necessary for donation and the program is ongoing, so vehicles are accepted anytime.
